Patrick and Tyler did an excellent job installing our fireplace. They were professional and worked tirelessly all day. They truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them. We just bought a house in the area, and I can only hope all businesses we deal with are of this quality.

I requested a chimney inspection and accepted a contract for $1625 for a chase cover, cap, and storm collar repair. Additional stucco damage for $1100 was declined and self-repaired. The chimney was repaired on 24 November by two Sootmaster employees (Michael and Will) who worked for 6 hours 60 feet above ground to install the new chimney parts efficiently. The time and complexity of the repairs lasted well beyond the sunset, and Mike and Will far exceeded “outstanding” in suppling a new cover that fits like a glove over the chimney. The complex nature of the task supported the high cost of repairs, and I am pleased to compliment these two miracle workers for a job that exceeded all expectations. They were truly pros.
